Founded by Eliza Ho, Excello Group brings 18+ years of expertise in placing C-suite and Executive talent across APAC. Eliza's forte in placing senior leaders in supply chain, procurement, finance and commercial roles, driving transformative growth for clients in the retail, FMCG, and manufacturing. With a Bachelor's in Chemistry with Biological Chemistry (University of Warwick) and a Master's in Marketing (University of Manchester), she combines analytical rigour with market insight to deliver results.

Before launching Excello Group, Eliza held senior roles at global search firms, building high-performance teams and placing top-tier talents across the value chains for clients in the FMCG, Retail, Consumer Health, and Manufacturing.
