Excello Group is a specialized leadership solutions firm founded by Eliza Ho, a seasoned APAC talent expert with over 18 years of experience placing senior executives in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and C-suite leadership roles.

Before entering search, Eliza worked in strategic roles inside the very corporations she now serves—Fortune 500 leaders in FMCG and Pharma. This experience provides an insider's lens on how commercial, supply chain, and procurement functions drive real business value, ensuring our searches are aligned with practical operational reality.

Prior to founding Excello, she held senior roles at global executive search firms, building high-performing teams and delivering successful placements across Asia-Pacific. She holds a BSc in Chemistry (University of Warwick) and an MSc in Marketing (University of Manchester), blending analytical rigor with commercial instinct.

As a Hogan-certified professional, Eliza ensures a data-driven approach underpins both our search and advisory practices. She leads a network of researchers across key APAC markets, ensuring comprehensive coverage and local insight for every engagement.
