Excello Group was founded by Eliza Ho, a seasoned APAC talent leader with 18+ years placing C-suite and senior executives in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance roles.

Eliza began her career in strategic marketing at Fortune 500 FMCG and pharmaceutical giants, gaining deep insight into Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare Life Sciences value chains. Prior to the establishment of Excello Group, Eliza held senior positions at global search firms, where she cultivated high-performing teams and placed top-tier talent across value chains for clients in diverse industries.

With a BSc Chemistry (University of Warwick)and MSc Marketing (University of Manchester), Eliza blends analytical precision with commercial instinct.

Hogan-certified, she leads Excello Group — a boutique platform offering executive search and advisory to drive sustainable leadership success. Under her stewardship, Excello is built to scale with precision, partnership, and measurable impact.
